I spoke to the nicest, most professional service department lady i have ever had the privilege to speak to. Crystal dealt with me when I was having a bad day and had to deliver some news that I didn't want to hear. I was rude to her, so I had to call her today and ask her forgiveness. Of course she said that she didn't give it a moments thought. It bothered me all weekend. She is an asset to Beach Automotive Group. I wish I dealt with people all the time who are as gracious as she is.
