Buying a new car can be stressful. I went to several dealerships and test drove several cars before I went to Beach Ford. I inquired about an Explorer online received a text message to go for a test drive. My Sales Consultant Dustin Jordan was fantastic took a test drive with him no pressure to purchase answered all my questions. Met with the sales person James Brown gave me to out the door price no games with pricing back and forth. On the way home Friday night called Dustin back asking about another Explorer. He texted me back with the price. Went back Monday and drove off the lot with a beautiful new Explorer. I would highly recommend Beach Ford and Dustin made the whole experience easy.

I have worked in the Service Department in several dealership in over 3 decades of my career. I had an exceptional experience with Dustin , James and Aaron. I was searching for a particular F150, mine was totalled after being T boned, Dustin led me to exactly what I was looking for. Didn't buy that day because it was just too easy. Never has that happened to me. Returned the next morning purchased the truck. The transaction was quick, smooth and stress free. Already recommended Dustin to friends. Dealership helped us out big time we can not say enough good about them. We were on vacation when our truck gave us problems. Anthony our salesman was beyond kind and compassionate. Mr James went above and beyond lending a truck so we could still get back to our camper and take care of our puppies. Paperwork to trade our old truck in on a newer one was super fast and Aaron answered all our questions without rushing us. Other staff members helped me move my truck cap from the old truck to the new on and made sure we had everything we needed. Absolutely superb experience. Not that we wanted to buy another truck while out of state on vacation but they made the whole stressful situation so much better for us. And we will forever be thankful for them!

Stopped in to get my son a new mustang and as always they went above and beyond to get him the one he wanted. My salesmen Carm and Dustin did a great job in finding the right car for him and James and Steve are always great to work with. Beach always gives the best money for trades and the process was as painless as ever. This is my 4th purchase from them and they have always been great and accommodating. 6/2025 Update to the review We now are happy to say we have purchased our first vehicle from Beach Ford! It was nice to have the Sales Manager, James Brown, already aware of our vehicle choice. He introduced us to our "Client Advisor" Keith Toman, who was a pleasure to work with. Keith listened to what we were looking for and guided us to choices that fit our needs. In sales, many purchasers ask, "How do I know if I got a good deal?" The answer is, "If you believe you did, then you did." Well we definitely think we got a fair deal and love our Ford Maverick Lariat Edition! I would be remiss if I didn’t also thank our Finance Manager, Steve Peckham. Steve made the "painful" part of an auto purchase pleasant! Thank you all!!! Warranty work on our Lincoln. The loaner exchange went smoothly with a very professional and courteous young man.
