It was a tricky deal involving up to 3 trade-ins while purchasing one high end truck. I lost track of all the names, but Anthony Smalls, my salesman was instrumental in closing the deal. From the moment he picked up the ball and ran with it, I knew the deal was alive and well. Kevin stopped by my home and did the on-the-spot appraisals, and one of the sales managers (I really wish I could remember his name) was instrumental in bringing the deal together by way of numbers. In the end, everything made sense, and the deal went down in pieces. After the sale, services were purchased at a very reasonable price, and overall, I'm not sure how the deal could have come out any better. I tip my hat to the good folks at Beach Ford. A real quality and caring team. And Anthony, thank you for believing in the process when lesser salesmen would have walked away from the deal a long time ago.
