I met Argelio Pulida about a year ago and I was just there to "kick tires" as I was not yet ready, but I was curious. He took the time to explain and show me everything anyway. Over the months, he kept in touch, very respectfully, genuinely and not pushy in any way. TODAY, we were ready... and I was so happy that he was our advisor. New car buying can be a royal pain! Beach Ford provided me with a more pleasant experience than I expected. My salesman (Chris Swearingen) deserves this 5-star rating for making this happen as a same day sale. I was expecting a little more for my trade-in, but I'm still happy with the overall deal I was presented with. Just to note, I am waiting to have a (already paid for) keyless entry pad installed. "Miss Cotton", my new Ranger Raptor should deliver many great driving moments...can't wait to find out all she can deliver!

My husband and I went to Beach Ford to look at the new 2025 Ford Explorers and came home that day with one! I wasn't expecting to actually purchase a car but I'm very happy that I did. Our sales consultant, Amer Richardson, was excellent and did not use any pressure tactics, which I was grateful for. She was very informative and showed us several vehicles and when I finally made my decision to trade in my 2018 Explorer and purchase the new one they were very fair in their negotiations. It was a good experience all around.
