A huge thank you and shout out to Matt A. at Beach Ford. Our Flex broke down during a weekend visit to my in laws. We called Beach Ford at 3:45pm on Friday thinking there was no hope for our car to get fixed until Monday. Matt was kind and informative and front loaded expectations. He said if we got the car to Beach Ford by 4:30, they could take a look. We got the car to Beach at 4:50pm — Matt stuck to his word, got our car diagnosed AND fixed. His team stayed past the 5pm close to finish up the job. Matt and the entire team exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful for their help and to be able to drive home on Sunday as originally planned.

I was traveling on Interstate 95 from NJ on my way to Myrtle Beach on a Friday morning pulling our travel trailer, with my 2019 Ford F150. The engine light came on half way into our trip. The truck would loose power at times, but I was able to make it to Myrtle Beach. I called Beach Ford Friday afternoon, and the woman said to bring it in on Monday morning. I arrived at 7:30AM, and I was checked in. The woman told me it might take a few days, and she went on to tell me that my service writer was Matt. I then spoke to Matt from Service, and explained to him about being on vacation, and the truck loosing power. Matt then went on to say, that he will do what he can to get the truck repaired as quick as possible. Late morning I received a phone call from Matt saying that it was a bad coil on one of the cylinders. He then called me around 4:30 the same day, to say the truck was done. I could not say enough on how great Beach Ford was, and especially Matt from the Service Department the way he helped me out, to get the truck repaired all in one day. Matt went above and beyond. I had issues this past Friday with my truck. I knew it was gonna be a stretch to get my truck back quickly over Easter weekend and I had my truck diagnosed and fixed by Monday at 1 pm. Matt A. in the Service department was a huge help getting my truck fixed quickly and was very quick replying and updating me on the issues. Amazing dealership and service, I highly recommend going to Beach Ford.
