Service Department — 5 Stars The service department was absolutely wonderful. Jorge went above and beyond to help us get our truck fixed before we had to leave our vacation. He was patient, listened to us vent, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us get back on the road. We highly recommend Jorge and truly appreciate everything he did for us! Sales Department — Very Disappointing Unfortunately, our experience with the sales department was completely different. My husband and I were trying to decide whether to trade in our truck after the power steering went out or simply have it repaired. The sales department offered us a very disappointing trade-in value, and then told us we were wrong about the mileage on our truck. My husband had to explain that the mileage was displayed in kilometers, not miles. The interaction also came across as rude and condescending, particularly toward me as a woman. At no point did I feel respected or like they genuinely wanted to earn our business. Overall, Jorge and the service department deserve five stars, but unfortunately, our experience with the sales department left a very negative impression. Based on the service department alone, I would gladly recommend this dealership, but I would be very hesitant to work with the sales department again.

Was in town for vacation from WV Aug 1-8 2026—had car trouble and Jon at the service center got me in right away, fixed my car and were so good to us. No one wants to deal with unexpected car trouble on vacation but they made us forget our troubles once we walked in the door!! Great facility with many smiling faces. Lynn was so sweet with handling our loaner car -she put me in something so nice we ended up trading mine in for it before we left MB!! Heading back to WV with the best souvenir and memories!! Cam and Gabriel in sales took good care of us! Thank you guys!

Went to beach ford looking a f250. Found one with a very fair price tag. And the salesman Chris Raposa was great to work with. Wasn't pushy and made sure I was completely happy with the truck I picked out. If you're in the market for a new vehicle I strongly recommend checking with Chris Raposa at beach ford. And in the finance dept Aaron baunchalk is working miracles. I don't know how he did it but he got my payment right where I needed it. Just came back from closing a deal on a used F-150 from Beach Ford. We had a great experience with our salesperson, Marcus. Marcus was knowledgeable and professional in our dealing. He was very patient with our questions on the inner workings of the vehicle. He spent a considerable amount of time on our questions, going above and beyond our expectations compared to our experience with other sales people. I spent a month car shopping at 7 different dealerships just to be treated like crap by all the sales people and being held hostage. Beach Ford did not do this to me. As soon as I walked on the lot to see a few vehicles test drive a few others, I told them I wanted to see other dealers had. Came back to test drive one more vehicle at Beach Ford that i was nlt expecting to like but fell in love with it right away. Chris Raposa was my salesman there and he was extremely patient with me. He did not force me to buy a car I did not want until I found the right one. When I did, he did everything in his power to make sure my experience was top notch. For someone who was new to car sales business, he knew his stuff. Granted some rookie errors he made with me and he admitted to the errors. So if you want a good experience definitely check out Beach Ford and ask for Chris Raposa.

It was a tricky deal involving up to 3 trade-ins while purchasing one high end truck. I lost track of all the names, but Anthony Smalls, my salesman was instrumental in closing the deal. From the moment he picked up the ball and ran with it, I knew the deal was alive and well. Kevin stopped by my home and did the on-the-spot appraisals, and one of the sales managers (I really wish I could remember his name) was instrumental in bringing the deal together by way of numbers. In the end, everything made sense, and the deal went down in pieces. After the sale, services were purchased at a very reasonable price, and overall, I'm not sure how the deal could have come out any better. I tip my hat to the good folks at Beach Ford. A real quality and caring team. And Anthony, thank you for believing in the process when lesser salesmen would have walked away from the deal a long time ago. You are so in tune with the needs of your clients, and it's obvious that their satisfaction after the sale was high on your list of priorities. Kevin, thank you for being the car enthusiasts that you are. Your knowledge and passion of specialty cars moved the deal along smoothly. Personable, knowledgeable about their products. Beware that if you buy Any of their maintenance programs or beach programs. Make sure you get the brochure explaining what you bought and the wrotten contract. If its not written you can't prove you have anything.

I recently went back and worked with Konner to possibly trade in my escape. He was great. Found me the exact vehicle I was looking for. Beach Ford was great to work with. My salesperson was Mike Daninino. He worked hard to get me into just the right vehicle for me. I originally went in with my mind made up for one vehicle. He found it for me. The next day when I went back to take my trade-in for evaluation, I had decided that the one that I chose was not actually the right fit for me after all. We looked at a couple of other vehicles and he found one that met all my needs. I decided on a color and he went on the hunt to find it. It had just been delivered off the truck, so he got everything moving so that I could buy it. No one tried to up sale me or get me into something I didn't want. I appreciate that.

Buying a new car can be stressful. I went to several dealerships and test drove several cars before I went to Beach Ford. I inquired about an Explorer online received a text message to go for a test drive. My Sales Consultant Dustin Jordan was fantastic took a test drive with him no pressure to purchase answered all my questions. Met with the sales person James Brown gave me to out the door price no games with pricing back and forth. On the way home Friday night called Dustin back asking about another Explorer. He texted me back with the price. Went back Monday and drove off the lot with a beautiful new Explorer. I would highly recommend Beach Ford and Dustin made the whole experience easy.

Had the best car shopping experience at beach ford with Dave Martel. From the second I walked up Dave was amazing he was super friendly ans very interested in what I wanted to do and what I wanted to test drive. I drove several vehicles that day and not once did I get the feeling that Dave was upset or annoyed that I was driving so many cars. Dave ultimately found me the car that I drove home with that day and got me a more than fair price for my trade in. Arrived at dealership when they first opened at 9 AM was greeted right away by Michael. I don’t even believe we were on the lot for more than five minutes showed them for pick ups. We wanted to look at he came out with the keys told him the one we wanted to test drive test drove told him we had a two hour window to get this all done and they exceeded that was done and out within an hour and a half service was excellent, productivity on the ball, their price on trade-in was fair and price for a vehicle. Excellent highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I started my search for a 21 f150 limited on carfax.com 3 weeks ago, after almost buying 4 other trucks all over the country. I ended up at Beach Ford and it was the best decision ever. Recently purchased a Ford Maverick from here. Great experience overall! Sales staff and consultants were all professional and helpful. Paul Morris was our sales advisor and he was very knowledgable and made the process of purchasing quick and easy and gave some great advice on transitioning vehicles and insurance options, etc. Had an unfortunate incident with a rock hitting the windshield and leaving a crack the very next day. I took it back to return the dealership plate they lended me and asked about it and they set up an appointment to have one of their techs come out to repair. I would give them 6 stars if it were an option but 5 will have to do. Would recommend.

Can not recommend Jhon at beach ford more! He was so helpful and actually treated me like a person. I was there for hours and hours getting stuff handled with my bank and he was extremely understanding and talked to me about normal stuff, not just car buying. I was extremely nervous when i arrived Because someone was getting in to test drive the car i drove 3 hours to look at but he reassured me and i ended up with the best car I’ve ever owned! Broc, Tim, Chris, and Dustin left a lasting impression. Drove close to 4hrs to purchase a vehicle I found online. Not once was I hassled or pressured the buy. Chris even tried to negotiate with another lender for a cheaper interest for me. That’s not something most dealers would do. Broc kick started this process after I filled out an inquiry form online. He was very informative and even sent me additional pictures to help me get a better view. When I couldn’t get in touch with Broc, Tim called me right back and sent over documents requested. Dustin made my wife and I feel at home from the very start. The only con I have is that they don’t have a dealer closer. EVERY dealer can learn from this great experience we had. Maybe in the future I will drive back to do business again.
