I started my search for a 21 f150 limited on carfax.com 3 weeks ago, after almost buying 4 other trucks all over the country. I ended up at Beach Ford and it was the best decision ever. I’ve purchased cars online before and it can always be stressful but MICHAEL DININO went above and beyond to make my experience great. The attention to detail was amazing, being a car guy I usually know more about the car I’m buying than the typical salesman but not Mike lol. Recently purchased a Ford Maverick from here. Great experience overall! Sales staff and consultants were all professional and helpful. Paul Morris was our sales advisor and he was very knowledgable and made the process of purchasing quick and easy and gave some great advice on transitioning vehicles and insurance options, etc. Had an unfortunate incident with a rock hitting the windshield and leaving a crack the very next day. I took it back to return the dealership plate they lended me and asked about it and they set up an appointment to have one of their techs come out to repair. I would give them 6 stars if it were an option but 5 will have to do. Would recommend.

Can not recommend Jhon at beach ford more! He was so helpful and actually treated me like a person. I was there for hours and hours getting stuff handled with my bank and he was extremely understanding and talked to me about normal stuff, not just car buying. I was extremely nervous when i arrived Because someone was getting in to test drive the car i drove 3 hours to look at but he reassured me and i ended up with the best car I’ve ever owned! I will be back there for my next vehicle! The entire staff was great but especially jhon!!

Broc, Tim, Chris, and Dustin left a lasting impression. Drove close to 4hrs to purchase a vehicle I found online. Not once was I hassled or pressured the buy. Chris even tried to negotiate with another lender for a cheaper interest for me. That’s not something most dealers would do. Broc kick started this process after I filled out an inquiry form online. He was very informative and even sent me additional pictures to help me get a better view. When I couldn’t get in touch with Broc, Tim called me right back and sent over documents requested. Dustin made my wife and I feel at home from the very start. The only con I have is that they don’t have a dealer closer. EVERY dealer can learn from this great experience we had. Maybe in the future I will drive back to do business again.

Started the process with contact from Josh w/internet sales. Set up an appointment @2:00. Met Chris at the door upon arrival and he was friendly and accommodating. Was introduced to the Sales Manager James, then Chris took us out to see a 2026 Maverick. Chris showed the features of the car and comparison to the hybrid. Took a test drive, came back and took care of the business end of the deal while the truck was filled with gas and washed. Chris assisted the Ford App, showed us the features of the truck, set up my phone to the apple play, and we were on our way. Total time out the door was ~ 3 hours. I would recommend Chris Swearingen in Sales and the Beach Ford team.

I knew what I wanted and had visited Beach Ford website beforehand. We agreed on a price and I purchased the vehicle. I didn’t use their financing. And I haven’t used the service department yet. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and look forward to visiting again, when I decide to get another new Ford.
