Service Department — 5 Stars The service department was absolutely wonderful. Jorge went above and beyond to help us get our truck fixed before we had to leave our vacation. He was patient, listened to us vent, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us get back on the road. We highly recommend Jorge and truly appreciate everything he did for us! Sales Department — Very Disappointing Unfortunately, our experience with the sales department was completely different. My husband and I were trying to decide whether to trade in our truck after the power steering went out or simply have it repaired. The sales department offered us a very disappointing trade-in value, and then told us we were wrong about the mileage on our truck. My husband had to explain that the mileage was displayed in kilometers, not miles. The interaction also came across as rude and condescending, particularly toward me as a woman. At no point did I feel respected or like they genuinely wanted to earn our business. Overall, Jorge and the service department deserve five stars, but unfortunately, our experience with the sales department left a very negative impression. Based on the service department alone, I would gladly recommend this dealership, but I would be very hesitant to work with the sales department again.

Was in town for vacation from WV Aug 1-8 2026—had car trouble and Jon at the service center got me in right away, fixed my car and were so good to us. No one wants to deal with unexpected car trouble on vacation but they made us forget our troubles once we walked in the door!! Great facility with many smiling faces. Lynn was so sweet with handling our loaner car -she put me in something so nice we ended up trading mine in for it before we left MB!! Heading back to WV with the best souvenir and memories!! Cam and Gabriel in sales took good care of us! Thank you guys!

Went to beach ford looking a f250. Found one with a very fair price tag. And the salesman Chris Raposa was great to work with. Wasn't pushy and made sure I was completely happy with the truck I picked out. If you're in the market for a new vehicle I strongly recommend checking with Chris Raposa at beach ford. And in the finance dept Aaron baunchalk is working miracles. I don't know how he did it but he got my payment right where I needed it. Just came back from closing a deal on a used F-150 from Beach Ford. We had a great experience with our salesperson, Marcus. Marcus was knowledgeable and professional in our dealing. He was very patient with our questions on the inner workings of the vehicle. He spent a considerable amount of time on our questions, going above and beyond our expectations compared to our experience with other sales people. I spent a month car shopping at 7 different dealerships just to be treated like crap by all the sales people and being held hostage. Beach Ford did not do this to me. As soon as I walked on the lot to see a few vehicles test drive a few others, I told them I wanted to see other dealers had. Came back to test drive one more vehicle at Beach Ford that i was nlt expecting to like but fell in love with it right away. Chris Raposa was my salesman there and he was extremely patient with me. He did not force me to buy a car I did not want until I found the right one. When I did, he did everything in his power to make sure my experience was top notch. For someone who was new to car sales business, he knew his stuff. Granted some rookie errors he made with me and he admitted to the errors. So if you want a good experience definitely check out Beach Ford and ask for Chris Raposa.

It was a tricky deal involving up to 3 trade-ins while purchasing one high end truck. I lost track of all the names, but Anthony Smalls, my salesman was instrumental in closing the deal. From the moment he picked up the ball and ran with it, I knew the deal was alive and well. Kevin stopped by my home and did the on-the-spot appraisals, and one of the sales managers (I really wish I could remember his name) was instrumental in bringing the deal together by way of numbers. In the end, everything made sense, and the deal went down in pieces. After the sale, services were purchased at a very reasonable price, and overall, I'm not sure how the deal could have come out any better. I tip my hat to the good folks at Beach Ford. A real quality and caring team. And Anthony, thank you for believing in the process when lesser salesmen would have walked away from the deal a long time ago. You are so in tune with the needs of your clients, and it's obvious that their satisfaction after the sale was high on your list of priorities. Kevin, thank you for being the car enthusiasts that you are. Your knowledge and passion of specialty cars moved the deal along smoothly. I've had service work done at Beach Ford in the past, but this was my first vehicle purchase, and safe to say, not my last! Great job by all involved at Beach!

Personable, knowledgeable about their products. Beware that if you buy Any of their maintenance programs or beach programs. Make sure you get the brochure explaining what you bought and the wrotten contract. If its not written you can't prove you have anything.

Stopped in to get my son a new mustang and as always they went above and beyond to get him the one he wanted. Beach always gives the best money for trades and the process was as painless as ever. This is my 4th purchase from them and they have always been great and accommodating. Darren from Beach Ford was excellent. I had my heart originally set on a used F150 King Ranch, but given my use and what I was needing, he talked me into looking at a new F150 Lariat which had all of my nonnegotiables. The price was more than fair and the vehicle is truly everything I hoped for. Darren is straight forward, honest, and considerate of my time and I’d recommend him to anyone.

I was surprised when I came across a new 2025 Shelby Super Snake in Beach Ford's inventory. A phone call confirmed it was still available, so my wife and I headed over. Our sales consultant Anthony was down to earth and made us feel welcome as if we're part of the family. It was also great to catch up with Aaron who used to work sales but now in finance who did our paperwork. He and I met a few years ago when I was interested in another vehicle. Every time we've been to Beach Ford it's just a very warm experience from start to finish... and of course we took the Shelby home. The ride experience was the best! Thank y'all making it happen.

A huge thank you and shout out to Matt A. at Beach Ford. Our Flex broke down during a weekend visit to my in laws. We called Beach Ford at 3:45pm on Friday thinking there was no hope for our car to get fixed until Monday. Matt was kind and informative and front loaded expectations. He said if we got the car to Beach Ford by 4:30, they could take a look. We got the car to Beach at 4:50pm — Matt stuck to his word, got our car diagnosed AND fixed. His team stayed past the 5pm close to finish up the job. Matt and the entire team exceeded our expectations. 6/2025 Update to the review We now are happy to say we have purchased our first vehicle from Beach Ford! It was nice to have the Sales Manager, James Brown, already aware of our vehicle choice. He introduced us to our "Client Advisor" Keith Toman, who was a pleasure to work with. Keith listened to what we were looking for and guided us to choices that fit our needs. In sales, many purchasers ask, "How do I know if I got a good deal?" The answer is, "If you believe you did, then you did." Well we definitely think we got a fair deal and love our Ford Maverick Lariat Edition! I would be remiss if I didn’t also thank our Finance Manager, Steve Peckham. Great car buying experience at Beach Ford. From the initial phone calls to the onsite visit to the showroom, everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. My young sales associate (Marcus), did his best to answer my questions and provide information throughout the initial meeting, test drive and delivery of the vehicle. We were from out of town and our suv broke down. We stopped in to see what we could do. Marcus and Michael took care of us to the extreme. We were still on our last day of vacation and wanted to be able to spend time at the condo for the day so we didn’t want to spend all day at the dealership. Keith the Salesman was awesome, not pushy. We were looking for a used pick up truck to tow a 5th wheel. First we tired a used Ford but it had issues, I had my own independent mechanic check it out and it had some issues, when I returned after they let me take it home for a day Keith who was awesome was not there and we decided to go with a used GMC. When Keith was not there there was a very arrogant guy at the desk telling me there was nothing wrong with the Ford pick up as they had their mechanics check it out before putting it on the lot for sale. When I texted Keith he was very cool with us trying a different used vehicle to take home for the day, Had the used GMC checked out by our mechanic and he said that it was in excellent shape and no issues, so we bought it. We would come back here when it is time for another car and would see Keith again. BTW Keith went above and beyond, including driving me to airport to pick up our car we were trading in that my wife left at airport when she had to catch a flight and I had taken the GMC home for a day.

I searched all Ford dealers online in SC and NC looking for specific options on a F-150 Lariat 4WD. Beach Ford in Myrtle Beach had exactly what I was looking for. I contacted their internet rep and from that point forward the entire buying experience was absolutely stellar. While I drive pickups, my wife used to drive only Mercedes Benz and BMW cars. As such I was accustomed to walking into those type of dealers which is generally on a whole different level. But I must say, from the moment I walked into Beach Ford and met Mr Brown and my salesman Mr Thompson, until the moment I drove away in my new F-150, the entire experience was just like at one of those luxury auto dealers. The truck was discounted due to Ford Motor company employee program. Further, Beach had its own discount as well! I did not see any other Ford dealer offering such! And to top it off, Beach valued my trade in to the penny what I was hoping to obtain! The entire deal, from both sides of the table was a resounding yes, we can do that. No haggling at all...none! My husband and I went to Beach Ford to look at the new 2025 Ford Explorers and came home that day with one! I wasn't expecting to actually purchase a car but I'm very happy that I did. Our sales consultant, Amer Richardson, was excellent and did not use any pressure tactics, which I was grateful for. I took a trip up to Myrtle Beach with some of my buddies to play golf last week. My 2016 Ford F-150 was big enough for four sets of clubs and our luggage. We rode in comfort, until we didn’t. About 2 hours into the 8 hour drive, my air conditioner quit blowing cold air. No worries, we are all old enough to have grown up in a time when A/C in vehicles was a luxury for the rich. And fortunately, the temperature that day only reached 72 degrees so on we went. Just as fortunately, I have another friend on the trip who had a, I’ll say it, Chevy Silverado. He shuttled us to and from our tee assignments. He also took me to and from Beach Ford. Thanks Dennis. I called Beach Ford and made an appointment for Wednesday. I explained that I was in town through the week and that I needed my truck back as soon as possible. They warned me that it might take a while to diagnose the problem but they would do everything they could to accommodate my timetable. And they did. Russ was my service advisor and he kept me updated throughout. He called me Thursday morning with great news. It took a while to find but it was a quick fix. Best of all, it was covered by my lifetime warranty. It has 184,000 miles and that CNA warranty has paid for itself several times over. So if you’re ever in the Myrtle Beach area and you need service, I have found the Beach Ford service department to be honest, attentive and thourough. BTW, on our trip home, the temperature reached 95 outside but we stayed cool inside.

I was traveling on Interstate 95 from NJ on my way to Myrtle Beach on a Friday morning pulling our travel trailer, with my 2019 Ford F150. The engine light came on half way into our trip. The truck would loose power at times, but I was able to make it to Myrtle Beach. I called Beach Ford Friday afternoon, and the woman said to bring it in on Monday morning. I arrived at 7:30AM, and I was checked in. The woman told me it might take a few days, and she went on to tell me that my service writer was Matt. I then spoke to Matt from Service, and explained to him about being on vacation, and the truck loosing power. Matt then went on to say, that he will do what he can to get the truck repaired as quick as possible. Late morning I received a phone call from Matt saying that it was a bad coil on one of the cylinders. He then called me around 4:30 the same day, to say the truck was done. I could not say enough on how great Beach Ford was, and especially Matt from the Service Department the way he helped me out, to get the truck repaired all in one day. Matt went above and beyond.
